It is important that we are training our lifeguards to be able to recognize all drowning victims, not just the ones that are obvious:  Toddlers (Big Heads Little Bodies - they topple over and are horizontal), Small children (Bobbing, invisible ladder and turning (can't find the surface), Floating at surface (floating is dead... count up to 10 seconds and go check them out) and Submerged (again, count up to 10 seconds and go check them out).
